Staff Nurse – Portlaoise

Position: Staff Nurse
Location: Just outside Portlaoise town
Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking a full-time registered nurse to join our team just outside Portlaoise town. The ideal candidate will have experience in paediatric care and be skilled in managing complex medical cases. The position involves working night shifts and day shifts, providing comprehensive care to a baby.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN / RCN)
• Paediatric experience is beneficial but not essential
• Must drive or be able to commute to the location

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to a baby
• Manage medication, seizures, BiPap/Ventilation, enteral feeding, nebulisers, and pain
• Care for a child with a disability and a palliative care child
• Manage complex airways and tracheostomy
