As a Nurse Supervisor (CNM), you will be responsible for providing high-quality homecare services that support our customers to enjoy the best quality of life. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will manage all aspects of the staff team and maintain the safety and quality of our services. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of care practices.

Under the direction of the Director of Care, support the day-to-day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality, safe and effective homecare to customers within budget. Manage all aspects of the staff team. Provide strong leadership so staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
